Join Ottavia Mazzoni, food lover and baking enthusiast from Italy, and find out how to recreate authentic Italian flavours in a series of informal and hands-on cookery and baking classes employing seasonal and local ingredients. Ottavia learned to bake and make fresh pasta at her mother's knee and certainly has the magic touch when it comes to dough. A skilled and patient teacher, Ottavia will guide you through the tricky bits, and also tell you about the history and culture associated with cooking and baking in Italy. Cooking together in a small group is much more fun!
Most courses take place either at my home, Lowden Garden Centre or at Jamie's Farm.
